Camped at Hawk Mountain Shelter for the evening. Lots of folks here, all thru-hikers. The weather has been gorgeous, lots of trees in bloom. Spent much of the day walking through rhododendrons. Lots of uphill today; legs, calves and shoulders hurt. Taking some Ibuprofen before bed. No pictures today, having trouble keeping phone charged. Need to buy another battery when I can. Early day tomorrow, so checking out.

Hello happy hiker!!! Use the deep relief oil on your legs!! It really helps. Also you can apply it during the day!! Hugs. Cindy
